Return Policy
We stand behind our products & want you to be satisfied with them! If you do not absolutely love your purchase we will gladly initiate a return & refund. You have 20 days after purchase to return any unwanted items. Please see return instructions below. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund unless it was due to damage. If you've received a damaged or defective item please contact within 20 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. Please email us at info@Kinscollective.com

Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Email the following information to Info@Kinscollective
  • order number 
  • items that are being returned
  • reason for return 
2. Free return label will be emailed to you within 3 business days 
  • Pack the items you're returning
  • Print your return shipping label
  • Attach the label to the package
  • Cover or remove any old shipping labels
  • Give the package to USPS
  • Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it 
3. Once item is received we will initiate a refund 
  • A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account
